Going Vegetarian

Don't know how long it will last, but I am going to try and eat vegetarian for a little while. Still going to eat eggs/milk, but that's it as far as animal products are concerned. I'm also trying to eat mostly raw, whole foods, in their natural state. I'm sick of this eczema, I'm tired of being foggy-brained, and I want to be totally healthy. So veggies look out, here I come! I thought my mom was crazy when she stopped eating eating meat...but now I think I'm beginning to understand.

It probably isn't going to be permanent, just for a while till things get better. I can't wait for the summer and more sunshine to come! It's quite hilarious, but the main thing that stopped me from returning to camp (other than summer classes) is the food. lol I don't even want to think about it...

So, spring break, come quickly! I want some fun in the sun! Yoga was amaaaazing last night. I am getting stronger, and the poses feel more familiar and natural. I felt great during the class, and even better after it was over.

I feel so good!!! Where's my Michael Buble?? lol what a freak I'm turning into, a vegetative yoga-ite has replaced a soccer-loving southern cooking gal. Next you'll be seeing me wave a left-wing lol. Life is so good.

Don't these daisies just look like they are lifting up praises to the heavens?
I lift mine eyes unto the hills
Where does my help come from?
My help comes from the Lord, Maker of heaven and earth.

Made a mistake! I do like Shasta daisies, but the ones that I absolutely love are actually called gerbera daisies. SO BEAUTIFUL! Only an almighty God who is loving and beautiful could speak something so delicate and simply beautiful into exsistence. They beg us to turn our eyes to heaven and search for the author of such unabashed glory. No shame do they show, only magnificent splendor that echoes of eternity.
