Yoga

I am sooooooooo sore! I've only been two days in a row, but every muscle, ligament and tendon in my body is aching. I started going to yoga because I've lost so much weight recently. I was at a lifetime high of 130 when I got back from camp, and now, just a few months later I'm at 110, sometimes less in the morning. So I'm doing yoga now to build some muscle (which everyone knows weighs more than fat), concentrating on eating more food at meals (think my stomach has shrunk some so I get full really fast) and hopefully get back to an average weight for my height.

I really don't know what it is, but my friend Jessi is going through the same thing...she's a bit taller than me and weighs 113. Let me clarify...we're not anorexic or bulemic! Don't worry! We eat like hogs. All sorts of food too, junk, protein, carbs, FAT-everything. It'strange; mostly everyone talks about the freshman 15, not the transfer takeaway 20. Well, yoga it is... and if that doesn't work I may just have to start counting calories...ugh.
